Shortcode not working

Hi, first im not coder so if you answer me with full code to put in somewere be very precise step by step please.

I used lot of plugins with shortcode and it work as simple as 1,2,3 juste copy and paste in pages or widgets side bar.

Im trying to copy and paste the shortcode of my simple signup form [ssp id=2603186] in a page and in widget sidebar but it do nothing.
