Why does the popup span across entire screen?

Hello, I have an installed, and working version of this script. But for some reason, my box doesn’t look like the ones in your demo. The box spans across the top of the screen.

Below is my configuration file, but they all seemed to go across the entire top/screen. Even when I try center,center, or left side it doesn’t do anything.
